For the fastest service and the most convenient appointment times, we highly recommend scheduling your annual maintenance during the spring or summer months. During these months, we typically aren’t dealing with as many emergency calls and will be able to accommodate you much better.

Here Are A Few Things You Can Do To Prepare For Your Appointment:

  1. Please move all items out of the work area before our arrival. This will allow room for our equipment and will ensure that your belongings stay safe and clean.
  2. Please remove all ash from the ashbox prior to our arrival (if applicable).
  3. We ask that you block off the work area so that pets stay safe and clean.
  4. Please do not use your appliance in the 24 hours prior to your appointment. We want to be sure that our technicians are safe and only working on appliances that have had ample cooling time.
